A note from the studio

We started this because the wellness aisle had become loud, expensive, and almost never about you. So we built a small library of tools — genomics, lab work, recipe composition — and a method to use them gently, every quarter, for the rest of your life.

The Method, in three movements.

  1. 01

    Read

Whole-genome sequencing. Lab work twice a year. We turn data into a quiet daily practice.

  2. 02

    Compose

A nutrition rhythm and supplement formulation written for your variants — not a market average.

  3. 03

    Refine

Quarterly review. Re-formulate. Iterate. Wellness as a feedback loop, not a fad.

Marginalia

Quiet authority is the new luxury.

We do not sell hope by the bottle. We sell a method, a rhythm, and a small library of tools that actually fit who you are.

Founder
Built by clinicians, geneticists, and one very stubborn home cook.
Method
Whole-genome + serum biomarkers + lifestyle telemetry, reviewed quarterly.
Origin
A small studio in north London. Members in 14 cities.

In their words

Quietly approved by people who do not approve quietly.

  • The first wellness platform that actually felt like it was reading me, not selling to me. My energy stabilized in weeks, not months.
    Dr. Lena Park
    Preventative Medicine, Cedars-Sinai
  • I have done genetic testing four times. This is the only product where the protocol that came back made obvious sense — and obvious changes.
    Marcus Hale
    Founder, Northstar Capital
  • A category reset. Less guru, more lab notebook. Exactly what wellness has needed for ten years.
